Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Locations: 5–8 business days

• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp/email to track your shipment.

5. Delays in Delivery
Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or high demand periods. We request your patience in such cases.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct. Vreya Enterprises is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipment
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with proper proof (photos/videos). We will assist you with a resolution.

8. International Shipping
